The City will be hosting an Open House for a proposed rezoning at 8323 – 75 Street NW in the Kenilworth neighbourhood. The proposed rezoning is from (RF1) Single Detached Residential Zone to (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision. The DC2 is to accommodate a small scale Health Services and Personal Services Shop use while encouraging the retention of the existing residential structure.

The open house will be an opportunity to learn more about the proposed rezoning and to provide feedback to the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to city council for a final decision on the rezoning.
